Warning Traffic Signs

What is your opinion on the implementation of traffic spikes to prevent accidents in the wrong way on the roads?

I'm using this theme for a class project and want to know if he would support traffic spikes on the toll highway entrance and exit ramps to prevent accidents wrong / Fatal and if you feel like this is a realistic solution? Traffic spikes big sound that really do not see why not put them in. Without however, costs money and if they have not spent the money on this easy solution, however, I doubt that in the future unless the public puts a lot of pressure on the issue. Flashing lights are a bit more, because signs are the wrong way, the peaks of sound fair to me. Put them in that first turn in the way high as 10 meters or so not moving at a high speed. As in a parking garage. They will be 3 minutes to get there breaks before they reach high fashion, if the peaks are early in the wrong way off where you are going 10 mph out of turn.
