Where can I find a release from the artist's copyright, so you can freely copy a picture?

I had a friend paint a picture of my business and I want to use the image as head of the letter, signs and other things. I do not want to go back on me I owe her family money. Where can I find a release of copyright by the artist, so the image can be copied freely? Thank you!

I suggest contacting attorney copyright and calling for a "copyright release" or "copyright permission" in preparation. It may be around with different attorneys to find the best lawyer and / or better price. You can probably search for "copyright release" or "authorization copyright "into Google to find pre-made forms. I would not recommend this method, however. Copyright is a very specific area of law. It's definitely in your best interest to have a copyright release adequate prepared on the basis of their specific situation.
