What is the best software for making web pages / layout / banner?
So I'm thinking about making a website. Specifically, I multiply account. I want my flag to move like a kind of video, I do not know what it is! I know how. gif but I don I do not want the movement. gif, I want something that I am presenting a video. I do not know what it calls itself, Flash? SWF? Errr .. I hope you can help me with this .. I searched on youtube and I am confused what to use, Adobe Dreamweaver, Flash, InDesign and Fireworks?? Waaa!
