œSpywareâ € â € It is not just a nuisance for businesses. It is estimated that 90% of desktop PCs are infected with some form of â ŒSpywareâ € € (Source: U.S. National Cyber Security Alliance). According to Gartner between 20 and 40% of support calls from the company are related unwanted € â € œSpywareâ programs.
There are different classes or types of œSpywareâ € â €. These are summarized below.
