Ways to show your Conference Banner

When using a custom vinyl banner to display information about the conference, there are two main installation methods. You can choose an indoor or outdoor installation, depending on the type of custom vinyl banner you choose to use. Here are some installation tips for both types of custom vinyl banners.

First installation outdoors

There are two ways to install your banner outdoor vinyl. The first, a semi-permanent solution works well if the conference is scheduled to last a whole week, or if you are waiting for the wind or adverse weather conditions.

This installation method requires a solid surface on which to hang the custom flag. You will to get permission to drill holes in the surface if you are holding your conference in a different part of your business. In the event that you can not get permission, You can attach the flag to a general meeting.

Once you have permission, you will need to attach the flag on the wall or surface with screws. It's a good idea to put a washer between the flag and the surface for a tighter fit and more secure.

You can also link to a banner with a cord that passes through the eyelets the flag and then fixed to two brackets. If you have no place to display this type of banner, you can use two poles that are strong bases, weighted. The poles can be removed and transported easily when your event is over. The poles need brackets or hooks to hold the rope of the flag.

Second Installation inside

You can hang a custom vinyl banner inside using any of the above methods. Portable Poles recommended if you have to hang a banner on the inside and not allowed to put holes in the surface at the conference center.

Banner frames are a handy way to display a banner vinyl without having to worry about hanging them. A frame flag has a weighted basis and an open framework. The vinyl banner is inserted in the center of the frame and stretched. This will keep its flag with a pleasing appearance and is easily removed when the conference is over.

Some banner frames come with the ability to adjust the height. This allows you to have a banner that is on a table or hang it high in the air. If you are unsure of being able to attach a flag to the surface of a wall, this method of installation is highly recommended.

Ultimately, the location of the conference will most likely be the deciding factor in how you install your banners. Always check with the building owner before placing a banner on any surface.
